Every step you take, you get closer to your death.
"Why?"
You don't listen to help, only the hurt.
"Tell me something, let me help!"
Sometimes you hear their desperate voices, but you ignore them.
"Please let me help!"
When you hear good things about yourself, you believe they are all lies.
"Please..."
You write a note to your family and friends, saying you're sorry, but you did that for yourself...
"I'm scared.."
You write that note to trick yourself, believing no one will miss you when your gone...
But you are being truly selfish, because everyone will miss you, and YOU will be the reason everyone's crying.
"I don't want to lose you...I love you."
So please back away from the ledge,
Put down those razors,
Climb down that stool,
Set down those pills,
And instead of falling,
Let your wings show and fly away,
But promise you'll come back some day.
